Being part of Srishti House has been an incredibly dynamic and fulfilling experience. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute both behind the scenes and on stage, working collaboratively with my housemates to bring our creative visions to life. Whether it’s choreographing dances or lending my voice in singing performances, every event has strengthened the bonds within our house. I also took on an advisory role, where I was consulted during decision-making processes for important events, ensuring that every voice in our house was heard and represented.

Organizing house meetings was another key part of my role. These meetings were spaces where ideas flowed freely, and everyone felt encouraged to contribute. From these discussions, we shaped our approach to competitions and strategized ways to make our performances stand out. I also conducted interviews to gauge the interests and talents of our members, making sure we could leverage everyone’s strengths.

To further enhance communication and house spirit, I created a website for Srishti House. This became a digital hub where we could share announcements, showcase achievements, and keep everyone informed about upcoming events. The process of building this website was both challenging and rewarding, as it allowed us to streamline our efforts and foster a deeper sense of unity.

Overall, working with Srishti House has taught me the value of teamwork, leadership, and creativity. It has been a platform where we celebrated each other’s talents and supported one another through every challenge.
